When going out in the evening this summer I will use saltair's santal bloom body lotion, Maya base (introduced to this by you) and Alt.'s baccarat dupe (which is a perfect match to me) has been a go to for me for the last few months. I've been wanting to have a good day-time layered or individual scent but haven't figured it out yet.
This was a great explainer! I tend to like more "grandma" scents (rosey, powdery) so I'll try that first and layering something more deep on top. Excited to try it out
i just got the burberry goddess perfume and it’s the perfect daytime vanilla fragrance! it smells really sophisticated and it’s not overpowering at all, considering that the base note is vanilla absolute. i feel like it would be good for both people who love sweet scents and those who don’t, because the lavender and ginger notes make it lighter
Typically I'll just play with the ratios, i.e. more On a Date in Summer and more Woodphoria in Winter. That being said, once or twice a week I'll totally switch it up based on my outfit or the weather. i.e. today was 90000 billion degrees in New York so I wore Floris' Jermyn Street for a clean, refreshing scent.

I love having distinct evening/ daytime scents as another way to play with perfumes. (and I’m so glad you love Maya Fragrances!)

recently been loving layering Vanilla Woods by 7 Virtues and Eau Rose by Diptyque!
I have such a love-hate relationship with Rose- I'll have to check out Diptyque's version!
Do you change up your scents for different seasons? Fall/winter and spring/summer?
